Its function is mainly to reduce the natural frequency generated during the operation of the main engine, thereby reducing the impact of main engine vibration, reducing the deformation of the hull, and improving the comfort of ship navigation. It is flexible relative to the thermal expansion of the main engine and the longitudinal and transverse displacement caused by ship loading. Based on the original independent M/E hydraulic jacking and support device, the independent double-acting M/E hydraulic support device has upgraded and optimized product performance.
The standard configuration of the independent double-acting M/E hydraulic support device is to install it on the right side (exhaust side) of the main engine. If it is convenient, it can also be installed on the left side (camshaft side), but only one side needs to be installed.
