The SYHZ200 double-acting M/E hydraulic support device is installed between the main engine and the strong beam of the hull structure. Its function is mainly to reduce the natural frequency generated during the operation of the main engine, thereby reducing the impact of the vibration of the main engine, reducing the deformation of the hull, and improving the comfort of the ship's navigation. It is flexible relative to the thermal expansion of the main engine and the longitudinal and transverse displacements generated by the loading of the ship.

雙作用主機液壓頂推支撐其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置是安裝在主機的右舷（排氣側(cè)），如果方便的話，亦可安裝在左舷（凸輪軸側(cè)）。主要適用于WinGD、Wartsila等主機。其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的安裝方式為2缸、4缸或者6缸，具體數(shù)量取決于主機的缸徑和缸數(shù)。
